Below is some information on our general shipping and returns policies for UK and International orders. If you require any additional information, or help with an order you have placed, then please get in touch at ladybirdlikes@hotmail.co.uk. If you are contacting us about an order you have placed then please quote your name and order number to enable us to help you as quickly as possible.

 

UK ORDERS:
Most UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery, and usually arrive within 1-2 working days, although this delivery time may increase during Christmas. Orders cost a flat rate of £1.75, regardless of how many items you order. We are also able to ship items via Recorded Delivery, but please contact us before ordering to arrange this. Our postage days are Tuesday and Friday, and we only ship items on these days (except for at Christmas when we ship three times a week at least.) All items are posted in bubble envelopes or small cardboard boxes to protect the items.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders are sent via Air Mail, and take between 3-21 days, depending on where in the world they are going to. Orders in Europe cost a flat rate of £3.50, and orders to the rest of the world cost £3.80. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that orders may incur, and we are unable to refund these costs.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
While we hope you will love the items you have purchased from Ladybird Likes, we understand that you may change your mind. We are happy to offer a refund for the cost of the item, provided it is returned in a saleable condition. Please note that unless the item is faulty we are unable to refund postage costs.Before returning an item please contact us and provide us with the name and address the order was shipped to, and we will then provide you with an address to return the item to. When posting an item back to us please be sure to obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please also include a copy of your order details inside the package so we know who it has come from.In the unlikely event an item is faulty or damaged when it arrives please contact us first and we will be happy to either replace the item or issue a refund.
